Traditional Hawaiian nourishment: now in a pouch. This light purple staple is made from mashed kalo - a root vegetable also known as taro. Poi is great for baby’s belly, with twice as much fiber as potatoes. It also contains plenty of iron and calcium, to keep bones and teeth strong.
